Guidelines: This Message Board is for the purpose of communication of cycling related issues. It is open to all with very few restrictions on content, but is moderated to some extent. Message board participants are expected to treat each other with dignity and respect. All participants are allowed to express their feelings and points of view (on cycling related issues) if done in a respectful and polite manner. It is the right of the moderator of the message board to dictate terms of use. Registration is required to post.  Posts not following these guidelines may be deleted by the moderator and users may be banned from the board. Most rules are common sense and in place to ensure an enjoyable and constructive experience.
